The world famous Whisky-A-Go-Go was the setting for tonight’s penultimate gig of the 2024 US Tour. A stage that The Dead Daisies know well having played there a number of times over the last ten years.

Known as the ‘Whisky’ by many that frequent this historic venue that has had some of the biggest names in popular music perform over the last 60 years including Alice Cooper, KISS, The Doors (who were the house band at one point) and Van Halen just to name a few.

The Daisies bounce on stage ready to add another historic performance to the hallowed walls of this American Mecca of music, kicking off with this year’s theme song, ‘Light ‘Em Up’!

With a stunning light show that compliments every note of the music, The Dead Daisies literally did ‘Light up’ the place, and as ‘Rise Up’ and ‘Dead and Gone’ reached the maximum decibels of noise, the band were as tight as a clenched fist, battering every note into submission.

With a good crowd in the Whisky tonight, it had a fantastic atmosphere that John Corabi revelled in, making sure that everyone was involved in the party, and by the last chords of ‘Long Way to Go’ and ‘Helter Skelter’, everyone was singing as loud as they could.

With a final show in Roseville on Saturday evening, once again, this has been another successful trip across America for the band.
