One of the things we love the most about The Dead Daisies is how closely we get to interact with everyone that comes along to see the band perform and attend the crazy signing sessions afterwards.
As the band grows in popularity, we love seeing all the new faces along with the familiar ones who make their way to numerous shows…it’s all of you who really make this worthwhile…our Daisies family!!!!
We’re constantly trying to come up with new and exciting ways to make you all feel a part of the journey.
With that in mind, we launched – DAISYLAND.
DaisyLand encompasses signings, exclusive acoustic & electric shows, meet & greets, and being our guests at special events, competitions, exclusive merchandising, plus many more opportunities that we’re yet to dream up with the aim of making you guys feel part of our family. We’d also like to hear your ideas for DaisyLand so don’t be afraid to throw suggestions our way…if we can do them, we will!!!!
Kicking things off, we played a round of DaisyLand sets at select shows during July dates in Europe.
The first fifty at the venue got a chance to come in early and attend a short acoustic set on the venue floor, right there among you guys, like in someone’s living room!
We then opened the doors for everyone and played a full Rock show for something like 2 hours with no special guests or opening acts. Just a night with The Daisies!!
We hope this DaisyLand treat mixed things up and made it exciting for everyone!!
If you thought we we’re done, you’re dead wrong: This amazing experience, continued in the UK in November and ended the weekend before Christmas in Germany, where we once more we rained some good old Rock down on the Western hemisphere and bought DaisyLand with us.
Every night kicked off with The Dead Daisies performing an intimate “Daisyland” Acoustic Set prior to doors opening for the first 50 in the queue. As if that was not enough, The Daisies performed a special 120 minute set every night – everyone kicked off their winter boots and came along early for a huge night of ROCK!
We have had an amazing time at these events – it was a truly unique experience and we loved hanging out with you guys!
