Official Rules
1. The sweepstakes begins on Monday, August 11, 2014 and ends on Thursday, September 10, 2014 at 12:00 AM ET. There will be ONE winner chosen to receive the following prize package (“Prize Package”):
One (1) Maple BLK ESP Vintage-214 bass guitar, One (1) Hartke HD50 amplifier, One (1) Samson Concert 88 wireless system and a D’Addario String Package, consisting of one (1) 3-pack of D’Addario Strings (choice of winner), one (1) 10’ American Stage Cable, one (1) NS Micro Tuner & one (1) D’Addario branded t-shirt.
Winner of the Prize Package will be selected at random from all correct, eligible entries and will be notified on or about Monday, September 15, 2014 at the phone number and/or email address listed on the web entry. If the winner is unable to be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining correct, eligible entries. The prize will be awarded subject to verification of eligibility and as long as all qualifications are met. (See #5 for qualifications). All information being collected is done so by ESP, D’Addario, Hartke, Samson and The Dead Daisies Pty. Ltd. (collectively and individually, the “Sponsor(s)”), whose privacy policies apply thereto. The sponsors assume no liability for any technical failures that may affect your ability to enter or for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
2. There will be no cash substitution for the Prize Package.
3. The drawing will be conducted by The Dead Daisies Pty. Ltd., whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes, on or about Monday, September 15, 2014. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equivalent kind and value. The Sponsors and their licensees and agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Odds of winning prizes are based on the total amount of correct, eligible entries received. Sponsors reserves the right to cancel or modify sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion.
4. Prize Package winner will be notified on the phone and/or by email. Prizes are non-transferable. All Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. By entering, participants agree to receive additional information from the Sponsor(s) and agree to be included on Sponsor(s) print or electronic mailing list. Winner agrees to the use of their name(s) for any publicity and advertising without additional compensation or review, except where prohibited by law.
5. Awarding of prize: Only correct and complete entries will be eligible. One Prize Package will be drawn randomly on or about Monday, September 02, 2013. This contest is open to U.S. citizens only who reside in the continental United States and who are 18 OR OLDER except employees (and their families) of Sponsors. Proof of age will be required. All submitted information will be verified for accuracy. No purchase is necessary, void where prohibited. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
