ITS BEEN A BLAST EUROPE – SEE YOU AGAIN SOON

After a trek across Europe that has seen sold out shows and successful festival appearances including playing to audiences in their hundreds of thousands, the new album ‘Make Some Noise’ has had a great entrance into the world as the chart positions on its release weekend have shown. Finishing off this European tour, the band were in Zurich to play special guests to 1980’s styled rock glam-sters Steel Panther.

The venue for tonights show was the Komplex, a large venue in the northern part of the city. With the band already appearing in Zurich late last year, there was a buzz locally for The Dead Daisies helped greatly by the release of the new album a few days before.

When the band arrived on-stage to the opening riff of ‘Midnight Moses’ the crowd showed their excitement as a loud cheer engulfed the venue. Revolución regulars like ‘Evil’ and ‘With You and I’ played a strong part if the set but it was the new material that came to the forefront. ‘Make Some Noise’, ‘Long Way to Go’, ‘Fortunate Son’ and the vintage Aerosmith/Motorhead infused original ‘Mainline’ all sat loud and proud, frontline and centre for the sold out crowd to enjoy.

With regular favourite ‘Helter Skelter’ closing proceedings, the curtain was brought down on this latest European tour. With the friends and fans that have been made from this tour and others, added to a new record that has been a huge hit especially in Europe, the band can look forward to their return in November where ticket sales are already starting to go crazy. Thank you Europe, can’t wait to see you all again soon!
