The band arrived in Sacramento on Tuesday to get ready for the next show in Roseville at the Goldfield Trading Post. California is called the Golden State for a reason, it’s HOT! The venue which is themed and named after the area’s historic past when Cowboys rode the plains was already packed when tour support The Black Moods finished their set. Once the stage was ready, the lights went up and chords were struck, ‘Resurrected’ thundered from the speakers and the band were off like a charging cavalry as John Corabi took front and centre.
The Dead Daisies have played this venue a few times over the years and always receive the biggest of welcomes which is why it’s always one of the first venues to be added to a tour! The crowd is fantastic and they love a little bit of flower power in the form of the Daisies. As with most nights, some of the big musical highlights were ‘With You and I’, ‘Mexico’, ‘Long Way To Go’ and the new closing track ’Slide It In’. The boys are doing their bit for live Rock and Roll and bringing it to the audience every night. Next up is a big weekend to close the tour with San Diego, Las Vegas and LA!
