The Dead Daisies are back in town playing another great venue they feel at home in. On the outskirts of the Windy City, Chicago, the Arcada Theatre in St Charles has seen many great Rock acts come through here over the years, and like the Daisies, many return.

Located on Main Street, it has been open for business since 1926 and has created a lot of history between its four walls, and tonight it was the turn of The Dead Daisies to create some more history.

For those lucky enough to have caught the band live, their light show is spectacular. When you already have great players and great songs, the addition of the right lighting effects makes a special show become one that is out of this world. With the theatre of a Rock show with all the noise, lights and action created in a space like the Arcada, the show takes on a whole different meaning!

A few dates in, and the band are already firing at the top of their game! For Tommy returning, it’s like he never went away as he easily fits in with Michael, Doug and David, while the master of ceremonies, Corabi is one of the best in the business to lead from the front where Rock becomes theatre and theatre becomes Rock!

Like any show of this or any Daisies tour, it’s all about the fans! Once again, they are out in force to support their favourite band and they will not hesitate to let you know as the whole auditorium erupts in noisy cheers after every song with highlights tonight being ‘Midnight Moses’ and ‘Mexico’! Another happy ending to another happy show!
