As we move through Europe, our next stop was Kortrijk in Belgium. Near the French border, this old town has quite a history and was almost destroyed in the last World War.

It is now modern and vibrant and has an eager rock music audience, many who were coming to discover us for the first time. They also brought gifts! One girl gave us Belgian chocolate which tasted amazing.

The shows where we play in new areas continue to be packed out with many first timers, and some came along to the DaisyLand show which is always relaxed and fun.

This is the only show in Belgium on this tour, but we always get a great reception once we crank up the guitars and head into the live set. The crowd loved the material off the new album like ‘Rise Up’ and ‘Resurrected’, and after finishing off with ‘Highway Star’ the audience wanted even more. What a great night! Next stop is Lyon in France.
