Back in the late ’80s and early ’90s, October always had a special buzz for us thanks to Australian radio station Triple M. The airwaves were filled with massive rock anthems, new releases, and some of the biggest bands of the era. Triple M would crank up the volume all month long with competitions, interviews, and themed programming that kept fans glued to their radios. It was more than just music, it was a community, a soundtrack to those years, and a celebration of rock culture that we couldn’t wait for every October.
