Hey gang, we told you we would be releasing some cool tunes, here’s the first one!

Our tip of the hat to The Who. We’re paying tribute to this legendary band with one of their classic numbers ‘My Generation’, recorded live at Planet Rock radio in December 2016 while we were on our European tour promoting the album “Make Some Noise”.

When the band were looking at potential classics to add to their set, Doug proposed the song. He is a big fan of guitarist Pete Townsend and The Who.

“There are so many great numbers that this band have written so we were spoiled for choice. We all liked the idea of giving ‘My Generation’ a blast because it’s such a powerful song,” – Doug.

We have been lining up some amazing versions of classic songs, recorded over the last two years which will be released in the coming weeks. Look out for The Dead Daisies adding their own twist to some of Rock’s finest songs.
