The recording experience at La Fabrique was magical and presented many solutions to many challenges. Deen and producer Ben tried seven different rooms to find the sweet spot that would allow the perfect dynamics for the thunderous drums that appear on the new album. The pre-production including the initial writing of the songs, came from all members of the band including ideas that Doug and David had put together over a series of months and on the road, inspirational thoughts that Glenn had noted down and some work done at his home with Doug as they prepared to piece the album together. This short film is a further insight into how the drums and pre-production worked on the album.
