After a quick return to the Netherlands on Friday night, it was time for The Dead Daisies to make their way back to Germany for tonight’s show in Bochum.

After a few last minute tickets at door time the venue Ruhrcongress, a beautiful glass and steel structure, as with all the shows on this tour, was jam packed with very happy Rock fans, ready to have a great time.

In the works is a brand new blues album, and the band have been playing a small slice of it every night. ‘I’m Ready’, which is an old Muddy Waters standard has been given The Daisies treatment and it is a big rocker fused with a giant blues feel, a bit like Aerosmith in their earliest guise.

With all the favourites like ‘Midnight Moses’ and ‘Long Way To Go’, the band continue to burn bright on the ‘Light ‘Em Up’ tour! If you’re going to see them this tour you are in for a treat and if you’re not, why not?
