What’s up, guys? We’re back with another rendition of our In The Spotlight series, where we introduce you to all the awesome members of the Daisies community we cherish so much!
Today, we’d like you to meet Tracie. She’s a fun-loving music enthusiast, super involved Chain Gang member, and saw us play live 8 times already!
Here’s her Daisies story:
“I’m Tracie from Akron, Ohio. My hobbies are mainly music, sports and travel which I’ve intertwined together as often as possible.
I have a degree in transportation from the University of Akron and work at a chemical manufacturing company.
My earliest musical influences were Aerosmith, Bad Company, CCR Janis Joplin, KISS & Rod Stewart. I also enjoy other genres of music as well.
I saw my first Dead Daisies concert on the Kiss Kruise in 2014. I enjoyed the energy coming from the band and watching the audience’s enthusiastic reaction to their music and stage presence. The meet and greets after the shows were fun too. The Daisies will definitely be missed by the fans on KKVII!
Marco asked me on the last Kruise if I would continue to support the band. I said I would and later joined the Chain Gang to help marketing efforts for the Daisies. I’ve passed out advertisements at festivals, sent emails, posts and taken as many friends as possible to the shows to help others learn about this band.
To date, I’ve enjoyed watching the Daisies live shows and meeting the band on 3 KISS Kruises, overseas in Edinburgh, Scotland and 8 shows in various U.S.A. locations.
I had a great summer seeing many shows and would like to thank the band, the road crew, David Edwards, Mark & Iona Allison and the Deadsies that I’ve met along the way of this fun musical ride!
I’m looking forward to meeting more people and hearing new music by The Dead Daisies in 2018! ✌“
