“When it came to deciding a name for Jon Stevens and David Lowy’s musical project, it didn’t take long. Recent life-changing and near life-ending experiences due to a heart condition nearly had Jon pushing up daisies. The Dead Daisies sounded just right.

Although they had met before, mutual friend Dave Edwards suggested Jon to David when he had the seeds in his mind for a rock band he would really like to be part of. The pair hit it off immediately and the songs came pouring out.”
